Purchases
- If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, address, credit card, and other general order information. - All purchases must be paid in full before shipping is processed, unless other arrangements have been made.
Billing & Account
You have full control of your account and billing information by simply by logging into your account at https://thepretzelplace.com/my-account/.
Shipping/Returns/Refunds
We have very few returns but in the event you want to return an item here are our policies related to returns and refunds. Please contact The Pretzel Place before returning an item. Most issues can be resolved without a return and we would love to see if we can solve any problems you may be facing.
- All terms stated on our Shipping & Returns page apply. Please read there for further details.
- Excepting for any written guarantee that states otherwise, any and all refunds offered, shall be strictly at the discretion of The Pretzel Place, and is subject to a minimum 4% card processing fee.
- All refund requests must be accompanied with the original receipt showing date and proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment on file and will process in 3-5 business days
