Our goal is to ship your items as quickly and trouble-free as possible! Here are our policies related to shipping.
- All prices are listed exclusive of any tax and shipping charges.
- In-stock items and smaller orders are shipped out within the next business days. Large and out of stock orders can take a few days longer. You may contact us before ordering to check immediate availability.
- We ship anywhere in the continental United States for a flat rate. If you need it elsewhere, please contact us before ordering to check shipping availability.
- We charge a small flat rate for most of our items, and free shipping on select orders over $100.
- If items arrive damaged and unusable we will arrange pickup of the damaged items (if necessary) and delivery of a new item.
- We cannot ship fully baked pretzels or other items at this point, due to the logistical barriers. Please contact us for help making your kit!
We have very few returns but in the event you want to return an item here are our policies related to returns and refunds. Please contact The Pretzel Place before returning an item. Most issues can be resolved without a return and we would love to see if we can solve any problems you may be facing.
- We offer a 30-Day money-back guarantee* on our in-store items for items that arrived damaged, missing ingredients/pieces, or are otherwise unusable due to a fault on our part. The 30 day period begins with the purchase date of the item.
- *Must show receipt with purchase date.
- You will be refunded the purchase price of the product shown on receipt after your item is returned and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable and The Pretzel Place is not responsible for shipping costs to return the product.
- Once we receive the item back, we will do a visual and manual inspection of the product. The item must not have any signs of misuse or damages caused by the customer. Once examination is finished, The Pretzel Place will submit a refund to the card the product was purchased with.
- Due to the perishable nature of food items we offer, we cannot offer any refunds for products damaged or rendered unusable for any reason outside of our control.
- Cancelations of online orders are refunded, less a 4% processing fee, until the order is shipped. After that, our 30 day return policy applies.
- Cancellations of large or custom orders are refundable if cancelled within 24 hours, less a 4% processing fee.
- Any partial deposits or payments made to place an order, are not refundable, except at the sole discretion of The Pretzel Place.
